We choose to be happy.. :)

Everyday we have to make choice.. We choose to be happy

''If you're not happy being single, you'll never be happy in a relationship.Get your life first then try to share it.''

Think less,Feel more

 Frown less,Smile more

Talk less,listen more

Judge less,Accept more

 Watch less, Do more

 Complain less,Appreciate more

 Fear less,Love more

 Tip bahagia

Healthy Brain Foods

"You are what you eat", that's a saying we always hear! However, most people think about how food affects the body, but not the brain. The brain needs proper nutrients just like the rest of your body. It actually needs more energy to operate properly than other organs!

brain foods you can incorporate into your daily diet to maintain a healthy brain!

  1. Salmon - Improves brain tissue development, fights cognitive decline.
  2. Blueberries - Improve memory, reduce stress, reduce age-related declines in motor function and coordination.
  3. Avocados - Increase blood flow and reduce blood pressure to maintain effective mind functioning.
  4. Flax Seeds - Build and protect neurons, aid the processing of sensory information.
  5. Coffee (in moderation) - Reduces the risk of Alzheimer's and Dementia...and of course, gives you a brain energy boost!
  6. Nuts - Improve memory and mental clarity, fight insomnia.
  7. Whole Grains - Promote cardiovascular health, which improves circulation flow to the brain.
  8. Tomatoes - Eliminate free radicals in your body, prevent age-related cognitive diseases.
  9. Eggs - Provides energy for your brain, improves memory.
  10. Dark Chocolate  (in moderation) - Increases focus and concentration, improves your mood
  11.  Cherries -Cherries are nature's own little anti-inflammatory pills. They contain Cox 2 inhibitors similar to those found in pain medications such as Vioxx and Celebrex, but they also contain compounds called polyphenols that keep platelets in the blood from clumping together, so they don't produce undesirable side effects— like heart attacks and strokes—which are risks associated with the manufactured drugs.
  12. Eggs - yolk contains one of the most important nutrients for building better brains: choline. sufficient choline intake early on may give us the mental building blocks we need to help keep memory intact as we age.
  13. Oysters -  food rich in both iron and zinc. these elements help keep grown-ups' minds sharp as well.
Brain foods not only nourish your brain but also provide your body with the required nutrients. So the next time you have a presentation or an exam, munch on these to help you focus. no one "miracle" food is going to boost your brain power instantly, make your kid a genius, or cure Alzheimer's, regularly adding certain foods to your diet will help you function at your personal best, both physically and mentally, throughout your lifetime.

how to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads

Toothpaste
 – Toothpaste is an effective blackhead and whitehead remover. Apply a thin paste to your infected areas and let it sit on your face for at least 25 minutes. You will probably feel a burning sensation when you apply the toothpaste, if irritation persists, wash it off.
● Tomato
-Tomatoes have natural antiseptic properties that dry up whiteheads and blackheads. Peel and mash a small tomato. Apply the tomato pulp to your blackheads and whiteheads before going to bed. Leave the tomato pulp on your face while you sleep and then wash your face in warm water in the morning.

● Lemon
-Wash your face in warm water. Then, squeeze the juice of one lemon into a bowl. Add in a pinch of salt and stir the mixture. Apply the mixture to your blackheads and whiteheads. Leave the mixture on for approximately 20 minutes and then wash your face with warm water again.

● Rice
– Soak rice in milk for 5 hours and then grind this in a blender until it is paste-like in consistency. Use the paste as a scrub on affected areas of the body.

argh..
● Potatoes
 – Grate raw potatoes and then rub the area with the mixture. Wash it off after 15 minutes.

●Honey
is also good for removing blackheads. Spread honey on the affected area and remove it after 15 minutes.

Remember – Be gentle to your skin. Never pinch, scrape, poke, press, or squeeze too hard..!

Pen vs. Pencil: It's More Important Than You Think

The Write Stuff
If you always write in red pen, then your parents won't notice the teacher's red marks on your last English exam.
Pencils only come in grey, which will be of no help in disguising your test results.

the Chew Factor
During an exam, chewing on your pencil will give you magical thinking powers.
On the other hand, if you chew on a pen, you're likely to end up looking like a Rorschach test.
But, if you're chewing on an old-timey pencil, it might contain lead. If you take enough tests, you might die.
Pens won't kill you.
Eraseability
You can erase pencil.
You can only scribble over pen, which makes your mistake alteration somewhat noticeable.
Stress Relief
pencil can be broken into many, tiny, little pencils, sort of like the pencils you would use if you were keeping score in mini-golf.
Breaking your pen does not lead to many, tiny, little pens. (See: Rorschach Test)
Defense
Sharpened pencils can be used as weapons against your most savage enemies.
But the pen is mightier than the sword.
Portability
You can stash your pencil behind your ear, thus transforming yourself into an intellectual type, like a poet. Or like your dad, when he can't find his pencil.
Pens require pocket protectors. Pocket protectors = nerd.
Artistic Merit
When you doodle in pencil you can call it a "sketch" because you use shading techniques and smudging.
Pen doodles just look like doodles.
pen and pencil..what is more important is they help you a lot..
